Sunday in Denver will be the biggest game for the Broncos in recent memory. With a win Denver will advance to the playoffs and represent the AFC West. The task at hand is beat a very pesky and determined Kansas City Chiefs squad led by former Bronco QB, Kyle Orton. Analysts are hyping this showdown up as they are dubbing it as a revenge game for Orton because he was “bullied” out of the Mile High City. All of Tim’s naysayers will be bleeding with red and white Sunday to prove that Orton was the right fit in Denver. Win and Denver is in, lose and they still have a shot pending Oakland’s outcome. With the loss, Orton and Tebow-haters will seemingly have their last laugh.
I’ll just say it now and forever hold my peace. I have no problem with Kyle Orton as a quarterback in the NFL. He is a productive down field passer who can make big plays with his arm. You know what you are getting with Orton, a season of 20 tds and 12 ints. Orton will have a team hovering around a .500 mark the whole year and will finish either a game a head or back of that mark. Kyle showed his best when his Chiefs upset the unbeaten Green Bay Packers in Week 15. He followed up that performance with a dismal effort in a loss to a struggling Raider group the next week. Kyle Orton will give you highs and lows, good and bad, big plays and horrid plays. He is a solid NFL QB who has proven he can play the position for multiple seasons now.
The problem with Orton is he was never able to get those pressure situation victories while in Denver. He showed flashes, but also struggled at times. With his struggles mounting quickly early in the season, Denver switched to Tebow for a change of pace. Tebow showed that he was capable of gutting out victories and showing the raw determination that Orton lacked throughout his time with the Broncos. Tebow, who still has much to prove as a passer, is not the passer that Orton is. With that said, I think Tebow has done more for Denver based on pure will in not even a full season as a starter than Orton did wearing the orange and blue.
When Sunday comes calling, we know that both of these men are on a mission to prove different things. Orton is looking to prove that he was the man for the job in Denver and that he is a top caliber QB. Tebow like all season is aiming to get his team into the playoffs and to silence his critics in just his fourteenth NFL start. I predict a comeback by Denver in a somewhat higher scoring affair than we are used to seeing. Broncos take it 28-24, but both QB’s will play well in this match up.
The Broncos will win if the Defence Next Man Up will play like a starter
This is your chance to show u can play to win. Just give a 110%

Thanks for the outlook, Luke. Hope you are right. Tebow has so much hanging on this game and so do the rest of the Broncos. They either have a great season or a disappointing end. So, Go Broncos, play 110%, lay all out on the field! GBT2
Agree w/Tisa & Buz as well as Luke!!! PLAY LIKE YOU MEAN IT BRONCOS B/C WE KNOW TEBOW WILL PLAY HIS BEST NO MATTER WHAT…PRAYING FOR A HUGE WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GO BRONCOS AND TEBOW/GBT2/GB2!!!!!!!!!!!
Lord give Tim the wisdom to inspire his group of men to play with a single purpose…
Tebow will get it done in the PLAYOFFS AND HATS OFF TO EVERYONE ON THE BRONCOS TEAM WHO MADE THE PLAYS…QUESTIONABLE REF CALLS AND ORTON, AS USUAL, DID NOT DISAPPOINT IN HIS PERFORMANCE B/C WHEN PRESSURED HE COULDN’T PRODUCE!!! WE KNOW WHO THE BETTER QB IS AND THAT IS WHAT IS IMPORTANT TOO!!! GREAT DEFENSIVE EFFORT BY DOOM AND ALL!!!
GBT2/GB2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t know, ck. I think the Broncos have taken the fire out of Tebow, at least for now. It’s painful for me to watch and I am not looking forward to next week. I hope things turn out well and I know Tim will do his best, but it seems these coaches aren’t able to change things up when they know their game plan is not working.GBT2!
tisa: We just have to remember that there is a reason for everything and just think if he can come back and win a playoff!! Sometimes, “It is darkest before the dawn,” as they say! Tebow has ALWAYS been motivated by obstacles and he needs to focus on what only he can do…plus, it would be great if the coaches would loosen up on the reins!! Praying for a BIG TIME TURN AROUND!!! Considering all he has had to overcome, this should not be insurmountable!! Still think God is in the miracle business and he has continued setting it all up behind the scenes!! Orton sure was not very effective, but then as you say…”Any team can be beaten on any day!” Don’t worry, it will turn out alright for Tebow b/c it always has and God is definitely not finished yet!!! With that, HAPPY NEW YEAR AND CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BRONCOS AS WELL AS THEIR FANS WHO FINALLY ARE GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS!!!! WHO WOULD OF THOUGHT THAT!!! (Wore my Bronco’s Tebow Shirt that was given by my daughter for Christmas two days in a row!!!) B-E-L-I-E-V-E!!!
GBT2/GB2!!!
