In Week 9 the Denver Broncos will head to the Black Hole in Oakland for a heated division rivalry game against the Raiders. Oakland is coming off a bye week and should be well rested and ready to roll with their new QB – Carson Palmer.
Over the last three games, Tim Tebow has put up respectable to great fantasy football numbers. Mostly due to his running ability. In the last three weeks he has scored:
18 – Chargers
25 – Dolphins
14 – Lions
The Lions game was his absolute worst, and he still put up 14 points. A 14 point ceiling is pretty good. The Raiders are giving up an average of 382.9 yards per game (266 in the air and 116.9 on the ground). They’re also giving up 25.4 points per game. These are numbers that make a fantasy player drool over.
Tebow should still be considered a start in most 12 team leagues. Do not start him over guys like Rodgers, Brady, Vick, Brees, etc. But if you have like Freeman, Roethlisberger (against the Ravens), Cutler or even Rivers – you should put Tim above them.
In fantasy football, it doesn’t matter if the Broncos win the game. It’s all about how many points Tim can put up, and I think he should get at least 20 this week.

Just read the latest article by Woody Paige at The Denver Post titled: “History Says It’s Too Early To Judge Tebow As A Failure” and it was a comparison of more than a few early/present quarterbacks, even Johnny Unitas was included. I am so happy for Tebow! How sweet it must be for the Broncos to beat the bad ol’ Raiders in their own stadium by two touchdowns! I’m so excited, I don’t know if I can sleep tonight! I love the fact it was a team effort because Timmy can’t win a game all by himself and the team came through big time, lights out today. GBT2!!

I was a week late on the 100 yards rushing! but Tebow did it and it was Denver’s strongest win with him at the helm. Let us hope to see more of ‘em to come!
How sweet it is!! We were all excited upon reading in the morning paper that the Broncos game would be shown in Florida!! We couldn’t wait to see it and what a wonderful game it was for Tim and the entire team. We are happy and thrilled for Tim. Go Broncos!
