David The Denver Broncos just knocked off the San Diego Chargers in overtime, 16-13. The Broncos improved to 6-5, an amazing turnaround since Tim Tebow took over as the starting QB. They are now 5-1 over their last six games.
Tim finished 9/18 for 143 yards passing with 1 touchdown. He also rushed the ball 22 times for 67 yards. He best run of the night came in overtime when he took the Broncos for a first down that brought them across midfield. Willis McGahee then ran the ball 24 yards to set up the field goal.
The passing touchdown went to Eric Decker in the 2nd quarter.
The game just ended, but I should have some video and post game interview material for you in the morning.

The Chargers had to go into overtime and guess they know now that we are going to the playoffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so happy!!! I am so proud of Tim Tebow!!! What a win!!! Made my football weekend after that depressing loss to the ‘Noles. That game met the “Elway” improvement standard from last Monday’s comment. 50% pass completions and more 3rd down conversions. I wonder what he will say this week or when they do get in the playoffs? Elway was on the sidelines at the end of the game and he came over to shake the offensive coordinators had at the same time that Timmy came running to hug the coordinator. Elway and Timmy never interacted. There is definitely tension there. I’ve never seen Timmy not give everyone who has anything to do with him a big hug, but not Elway. Elway, you’re missing out getting to know an awesome kid. Your loss, hope it won’t be the Bronos. GBT2
tisa: Agree with you 100% and watched the game on “pins/needles” as it was down to the wire, literally; and, yes, our prayers were answered!
The VP Rookie (as someone else has nicknamed him) was in his suite actually smiling when the cameras panned over in his direction so maybe he is now happy that the winning rookie QB is making it possible for him to keep his tentative position; although, not surprised he hasn’t embraced Tebow b/c he is gonna be surpassed on all fronts!!!
Too bad the Gators are not doing as well as the Broncos…just shows how much he contributed to their success too!!!!

Ok where are the Tebow haters/doubters this evening?
Last week it was really the Bronco defense that earned the win, not Tebow. This week it was what? the offensive line? Next week the cheer leaders? Can anbody say “ledership by example?”
Yeah Tisa, I noticed the Elway thing too, he seems like a very cold person to me. How can anyone be cold to Tim ? It’s truly beyond me.
