Tebow’s Favorite Target

The Denver Broncos appear to have star WR Brandon Lloyd on the trading block. Not sure why’d they want to get rid of their best playmaker on offense right when Tim Tebow is about to start — unless they’re trying to set Tim up to fail? If Lloyd is still on the team by Sunday, I think he’ll have a solid day catching the ball. But with Eddie Royal still banged up and Eric Decker all but disappearing in the Chargers game – I think there’s an opportunity for someone new to step up.

Look for Matt Willis to have a big week. During the preseason, Tim hooked up with Willis for a handful of big plays down the field. He also targeted Willis in the hail mary at the end of the Chargers game. Those two seem to have their timing right.

Appears that that did not start Tebow this last Sunday … sad … but appears he did start in the 2nd half.

Looks like without Tebow they game would not have been so close to win.

    Go Gators … Go Tebow!

they traded him because he will be a free agent & said he would not resign with denver. if you dont trade him you lose him with no value because late in the season every team will wait. look for other last year WR to leave also.

I’d like to do a short interview with the founder of this site.

I’m writing a column about the Tebow phenomenon in Denver, in advance of the Dolphins game. Please let me know if you have a few minutes to talk this week. I tried to use the Contact section, but it’s not accepting any Captcha Codes.

    Thanks,

Tebow’s favorite targets may well be 2d and 3rd teamers whom he worked with while Orton was the starter. A kid named Eron Riley on the practice squad holds some promise, and I look forward to seeing Tebow work with him.

By contrast, Tebow likely has had little or no practice with Brandon Lloyd this year. Might as well let Lloyd get a big payday somewhere else while allowing new talent to get experience. The beauty of having Tebow as the starting Broncos QB is that he’s not going to sit around and cry about his supporting cast. He’s going to get those around him to elevate themselves. That’s his thing.

Also, it is my understanding that Lloyd asked to be traded a while back because he was not being thrown to enough. According to the Denver Post, he is going to the Rams. With Brandon, it’s all about him. I also think you can add Eric Decker to Timmy’s mix. They are peers and I think both are going to be successful in the NFL, if not at Denver, then elsewhere.

Was wondering the same thing about that as well b/c anytime Tebow gets the job done, it seems they are busy trying to cut the go to guy from the team so as to limit his success?!!! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…………
On a positive note, Tim Tebow was on the 700 club on Monday and the full episode is on their web site…was a great interview as always!!!

I have three words. Suck for Luck, it’s a 4 horse race between the Vikings, Dolphins, Colts and Broncos. It’s just the feeling you get from the team.

      Are you retarded?
Maybe the vikings, dolphins and colts are in trying to get losses to draft Luck, but thats not the case with the Broncos at all..
Why would we even think about a new QB when we have Tebow, who we’ve been asking for like mad..
Anyways… even if that was the case, it would be ironic.. given that the Broncos like to waste young talent in the bench..

I still don’t get it. It’s like telling Cam Newton, “Sorry, but we’ve traded Steve Smith; hope you do well next game…”
