David Vito Stellino of The Florida Times Union wrote an article today titled: The Tim Tebow Plan. The article suggests that the Broncos will use Tim Tebow in wildcat situations – even though he’ll be listed as the #3 QB, he will still get a chance to play. I thought the wildcat thing kind of died out a year or two ago, but maybe they’ll have success with it.
I’d rather Tim be trained/used as a true QB instead of a gimmick – but with the amount of money they are paying him, they’ll have to find ways to get him on the field. Tim had 43 rushes for 227 yards (5.3 avg) and 6 touchdowns last year as a spot starter and wildcat option.
The Broncos open up on Monday Night Football (they must have thought Tim would be the starter when they made the schedule) – so we’ll see how they use him. Is it wrong for me to want Orton and Quinn to go 2-18 with 3 interceptions in the first half … just so we could have a chance to see Tim?

Who said he was #3? After the last preseason game, he pretty much guaranteed the #2 spot. If anything happens to Orton, Tebow will be going in.
A lot can happen in Tim’s favor between now and the end of the season; and, no, I don’t believe it to be wrong to wish to see the reason so many want to watch The Bronco’s be successful with the “BEST QB” b/c Tebow led the NFL 2011 Preseason in passer ratings at 108.3! It will take more than pseudo experts critical remarks that are more wrong than right to penetrate Tim Tebow’s armor!! In my book, he can do no wrong and will ALWAYS BE A WINNER!!! PLUS, HE HAS THE SUPPORT/FAVOR OF A MAGNITUDE OF FANS WHO WANT TO SEE HIM SUCCEED!!!! I, FOR ONE, WOULD NOT BE AT ALL INTERESTED IN WATCHING ANY NFL FOOTBALL GAME IF NOT FOR TIM TEBOW B/C HE HAS DETERMINATION TO OVERCOME ANY OBSTACLES THROWN HIS WAY#1 AND A LONG LIST OF POSITIVES THAT NOT EVERYONE HAS #2!!!!! BE GLAD BRONCOS THAT YOU HAVE HIM ON YOUR TEAM B/C HE CONTRIBUTES 110% WITH A WORK ETHIC THAT IS SECOND TO NONE; UNFORTUNATELY, FOR THE GATORS, JUST NOT THE SAME WITHOUT TT @ QB!!!!!!

Amen to everything CK and Brooke said! I am more than tired of the put downs leveled at Tebow. It’s like some people are totally blind to what is right in front of them. Go Tebow!!!!!!
I hope it’s not wrong to hope Orton & Quinn go 2 for 18 because I feel the same way. Tebow is clearly the superior QB of the 3, and the only complete football player at that position. Just look at the numbers. As an additional wish, I hope the 2 completions are to Raider defensive backs, run back for TD’s. As a life long Bronco fan, I’ve had it with this team and it’s lousy management. Football is a game designed to entertain fans. The Denver Bronco product over the past decade has been lousy at best, and only became entertaining when Tebow was at the helm with the first team late last years. So for Monday night, I say Go Raiders, Go Tebow!

We shouldn’t feel wrong in thinking that. As Orton said: “My last goal playing quarterback is to win over the fans. That’s my last goal.”

No player has ever or does ever work harder than tebow? You really think that? You only care about or will watch pro football if & because of tebow yet you seem to know more about it than anyone on this planet ck. I’m not knocking you for liking what you like but don’t slam the world of people who have watch’d, coach’d, play’d, study’d & taught pro football for years on end but they all are wrong if they say anything other than tebow will be the greatest QB ever in the nfl. Tebow can out do anyone that plays but he ends up behind orton as the starting QB, that means he can’t out work or out play everyone. Can he out play rodgers, brad, brees, ryan & many more? His not winning the starting job means he can’t yet but in your mind it will always be something other than that even if tebow called you & told you they are better than him right now. I know the knocks people have on fox, so if he were in new england & belichick didn’t pick him to be the starter then would belichick not know what he’s doing?
