David Time to take a little break from football and address some shocking news that came out today. TMZ published this morning an item regarding a lawsuit filed in Florida by a man who claims that he has been harassed by fans of former Gators and current Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow because the man has spoken out against Tebow.
ProFootballTalk.com says:
It’s unclear why Tebow is personally named. He’d have no liability whatsoever absent proof that he is encouraging people to take action against those who besmirch his name.
From what I’ve heard is this guy spoke out against Tim Tebow and his accomplishments while at a gas station near Gainesville and the shopkeeper and maybe some customers just started telling him to shut up or something and told him to leave. I guess the guy felt threatened? Who knows. This all sounds crazy and I’m not sure how much truth there is to what is being reported — so take it with a grain of salt.
Even if this guy feels like Tebow supporters have threatened him, it doesn’t make sense why he is naming Tim Tebow in the lawsuit. Like Tim has ever done anything.

Some man in G’ville “requested” a “restraining order” for Tim Tebow, Pres.Obama, and Jesus Christ… He especially “fears” Tim Tebow!?
Obviously, the judge rejected this request….
What a witness for Jesus!! The Bible tells us, “Blessed are those who are persecuted for my name’s sake”!! I pray for Tim everyday that “the Joy of the Lord is his strength!”

I’m a Gator Alum from the class of 1966, Steve Spurrier’s Heisman year! My husband had a full 4 yr. scholarship for baseball and actually played baseball with Steve back in the days when the football team was allowed to play other sports!
I love Tim’s witness for Jesus, and my name is in the Bible in the book of Timothy since that was Timothy’s Grandmother’s name.
It’s great to be a Gator Alumni! Now, I am a big fan of the Broncos, too! Hope “Focus on the Family” does air more ads now that Tim’s on the team!

Denver does not have a quarterback problem, they have a running game problem. As much as I would like to see Tim at starting qb I have to realize that he is not the starting qb however at 2-6 he certianly should be getting some snaps with the first team during the games. Congradulations to Orten at the job he is doing .I’m sure Tim is taking all of this in and learning a lot from Orton and will be a fine starting qb for Denver in the years to come GO BRONCOS

First I have heard of this…stands to reason that it would only be a matter of time before something bizarre comes about from some nut case!! Oh well, it is really comical b/c it is well known that he is on a much higher level and has the utmost integrity in all of his undertakings!!
