Tim Tebow was inactive for Sunday’s Indianapolis Colts vs. Denver Broncos game. Brady Quinn was moved up to the No. 2 QB on the roster – the No. 3 QB is inactive for the game unless the No. 1 QB gets injured. In the game, the Colts got up early and despite Kyle Orton throwing for 476 yards it just wasn’t enough to catch up. Some of it may be due to starting running back Knowshon Moreno missing the game due to hamstring injury.
So, Tim was there on the sideline but once again didn’t get any action on the field. Some ‘experts’ are saying that the Broncos just didn’t have a special package designed for Tebow in this game.
We do have a couple of pictures for you:
He’s having a really boring season so far, isn’t he?
I really don’t understand why they moved Tim back down to 3rd string…..?
Well, Buffalo would welcome Tim with open arms! Probably would start him as well. You don’t just draft a guy in the first round and sit him on the bench. Not sure what the deal is here, but if I were Tim, I’d be looking at all options. Orton and Quinn wouldn’t mind to see him go.
i dont understand it either. i mean one week he’s the second string quarterback and the next he’s 3rd string and inactive, what the hell is going on in denver. i hate wishy washy decision making. i think if they want tim to learn how to throw in the NFL then they should allow him to play at least one quarter. despite it i hope nothing but the best for him, he seems like he’s a great guy and very trusting and giving of himself. its just too bad he’s stuck sitting/standing on the sidelines….
