Tim Tebow Ft. Pierce Autograph Signing Recap

We mentioned that on July 3 Tim Tebow would be in Ft. Pierce at an autograph signing. Well, Tebow Insider Terry P. was kind enough to send us photos from the event. All the net proceeds (money Tim Tebow would have made) from the event went directly to benefit his charity. In one of the pictures you can see a $5,000 check being cut out to the the Van Durer Foundation. In another picture you can also see Tim Tebow getting what looks like a key to the city. Pretty cool!

Very glad I attended the event…could not believe that he would be in Fort Pierce (alot closer than Gainesville)! Was able to buy all kinds of Tebow trinkets too! As always, he was very cordial even though the lines for his autograph/pics were quite long. Definitely a fun event complete with a DJ plus hamburgers/hotdogs, etc. (Surprised they served beer.) It was easy to find b/c it was right across from where I went to nursing school at IRCC/IRSC!! Can’t wait to see Tebow this Sept. in JAX!! GO TEBOW/BRONCOS/GATORS!!

I was also at the Fort Pierce event, this is the third one I attended, never get tired of seeing him. First time in Jacksonville I stood in line for four hours (worth every minute) and almost fainted when I met him. Some Georgia fan in my office tried to made fun of my picture with him (he was jealous) and said: “You had to paid for that picture.” My answer was: “Yes, but the hug I got from Tim Tebow was priceless.”

It was a honor and privilege to meet Tim Tebow in Fort Pierce, FL coming from Virginia Beach, VA. It was the best birthday gift for my son Garfield Jr., who turned 16 years old on July 4th, getting Tim’s autograph and photo. Tim Tebow represents more than just a great quarterback, but a man of integrity and compassion for humanity. Go Tebow, Go Broncos!!
