First, I want to welcome all the Denver Broncos fans to my Tim Tebow fan site – you all crashed my server last night! Hahah – that’s a good thing though. It’s great to know that a city like Denver with their legions of fans are behind Tim Tebow. When I woke up this morning, I immediately went to all the major news sites online to see what they were saying about Tim. After searching, it’s pretty obvious that he is the talk of NFL right now and the face of this Draft Class, not Sam Bradford who went #1 overall. Right now, Tebow on the front page of ESPN.com, NFL.com, FoxSports.com, CBSSports.com, CNNSI.com and countless others.
Tim’s agent said that he would become the most marketable player in the history of the NFL, all the coverage from last night and this morning is just the first drop in the bucket. I’m sure he’ll be on the cover of every single magazine this week as well. Did you also notice that Tim Tebow was the only player ESPN interviewed for like 3-4 minutes? They had tons of players filmed at their houses, but only Tim got the exclusive. Check it out:
Thanks to the Jay Cutler trade last year, the Denver Broncos had two first round selections in this year’s draft. They were able to trade down several times with their 11th pick to acquire more picks and move into the 25 slot – a perfect place to grab Tim Tebow.
There’s is definitely some risk involved with this pick – but that can be said about all NFL rookies. Josh McDaniels has a great offensive mind and is a student of Patriots coach Bill Belichick. He’ll know exactly how to coach Tim and build him into a franchise quarterback. The Broncos currently have 4 quarterbacks on their roster including Kyle Orton and Brady Quinn. Tebow should be given every chance in training camp to compete for the starting job against those two guys.
Once again, Congratulations Tim Tebow! I’m glad that this is all done and over with – time to move on to the next chapter in your life.
Time for me to start reskinning this site with Bronco team colors and updating the site navigation!
Congratulations on being spot on in your draft prediction for Tim. What color change? Look forward to seeing him in his Denver Bronco’s uniform. The Rocky Mountain Gator Club must be ecstatic.
This is great news Tim and welcome to Denver. I know you will need a church home in Denver and want to invite you to Riverside Baptist Church. It’s only about 4 blocks from Invesco Field. You would certainly be welcome worshiping and serving with us.
^^Nice invitation, he’s not so good on the singing part.
Surprised you want Tim to play his first year, (other than red zone/wildcat plays). I thought he would need a year or so to learn all the “pro” stuff.
The Lord truly has His mighty hand upon you Tim! Welcome to Colorful Colorado! Thank you Denver Broncos for not listening to the all the weak-minded drones and seeing this great man for who he is. You will be very blessed. May God continue to bless Tim Tebow, the Tebow family and the new Denver Broncos!
Looks like we Bronco fans have something to cheer about, an exciting QB!
Looking forward to watching Tim play for the Broncos, as much as I enjoyed watching him play for the Gators.
God Bless!
I can’t tell you how thrilled I am that Tim is going to Denver. I loved him as a Florida Gator and I’ll love him as a Bronco. (My grand-daughter is a Bronco’s cheerleader, so I have two reasons for watching all the games.)
I’m really glad to see you’re going to continue w/this site, David. I love it. Thanks
It is amazing to be a gator in Denver and get our legend to come a be a Bronco we are truely blessed to have Tim. Im looking forward to see team in Bronco orange and blue and make an impact in our mile high magic.Go Broncos and GO Timmy!!!!!
BRONCOS ARE MY NEW FAVORITE TEAM! GOD BLESS YOU TIM AND CONGRATULATIONS!!! I CAN’T WAIT TO WATCH YOU IN NFL!!! PLEASE KEEP #15!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TIMMY!!!
I am a life long Bronco’s fan, born in Colorado and I’ve been a Gator fan for almost as long. I’ve been living in Gainesville for the last 15 years and there’s nothing like being a Gator fan and actually living in Gainesville. It is the center of the Gator Nation. We love our Gators and it’s CRAZY…, but the Bronco Nation just got a lot bigger last night. I’m already tutoring my fellow Gator fans on the history of the Broncos and our great tradition. I told one friend just today that Bronco fans are some of the most loyal fans in football and we welcome Tim Tebow and the Gator Nation.
Plus I’ve been pointing out the positives like: Tim Tebow still bleeds Orange and Blue; just in a slightly different shade.
Also, Tim may be able to keep #15 since the Brandon Marshall trade. (We like that possibility).
I was going to love Tebow where ever he landed, but I feel truly blessed that he went to Denver. He will be a great addition to a wonderful city and state. Make us proud Tim! I know you will. Go Gators and Go Broncos!!!
I just became a Denver fan — Have loved the Gators for many years (30) but Tim outshines even the Gators. I will be a Tebow fan no matter who he plays for. And there are some teams I would hate to have to cheer for but I would if Tebow were on the team. Going shopping for some Denver stuff. Go Tebow, Go Denver.
sounds about like me R.P.! Haha

[...] The first episode in ESPN’s series Year of the Quarterback aired last night on ESPN at 7:00 PM ET. The film follows Tim Tebow from the end of his college career to the start of his NFL one. It documents a lot of the major events that happened in between: the Senior Bowl, picking an agent, the Super Bowl ad, the Combine and the NFL Draft. [...]
