From NFL.com:
The 2010 Scouting Combine, which will be held from Feb. 24 to March 2, is the annual job fair for prospective new NFL players. For six days at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, players are put through a series of drills, tests and interviews with more than 600 NFL personnel including head coaches, general managers and scouts.
Tim Tebow, former Florida Gator quarterback, will be in Indianapolis for the NFL Combine. A lot of players make their money by their performances at the combine. Good performances on the field, strong lifts, fast times, good wonderlic scores, good interviews, etc all contribute to what the NFL Scouts will make of you. Tim didn’t perform well at his first test during the Senior Bowl, so he’ll really need a strong showing here to improve his draft stock.
Tebow’s throwing ability (his mechanics and arm strength) are two things that come into question by the Scouts. Tim will have plenty of chances to show the scouts he can take a ball from under center and deliver it to a spot with pin-point accuracy and speed. Guys like Sam Bradford, Colt McCoy and Jimmy Clausen have withdrawn from from throwing at the Combine, so really Tim has a huge advantage here.
There’s no doubt in my mind he won’t kill it during the weight lifting, running, testing and interview portions of the Combine – he just needs to really come out there and improve on his throwing from what they saw at the Senior Bowl.
I’ll keep you updated here during the week with his progress.

Tim says he is working to improve his throwing and fundamentals and is confident he will improve. He will not be throwing or working out at the combine but will showcase his new throwing abilities at the Flordia Pro Day on March 17.
