Tim Tebow Traunced FIU

The No. 1 ranked Florida Gators trounced the Florida International Panthers 62-3 on Saturday, improving the Gators to 11-0 on the season. FIU isn’t a good team – so it was nice to see Tim Tebow and the Florida Gators take advantage of a lesser opponent. If they would have only scored 28 points on this team then that would be a huge red flag.

Tim Tebow had a great game, in the two and a half quarters of football he played. Tim rushed for over 100 yards, tallying a total of 102 yards on seven carries and a touchdown in the first quarter, and connected on 17-of-25 passes for 215 yards and two touchdowns. His rushing touchdown came on a 55-yard scramble and his two passing touchdowns were thrown to Chris Rainey and Riley Cooper.

Tim Tebow’s Eye Black for the FIU game was Romans 1:16 “I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.”

Florida now prepares for their final home game of the season – FSU on Saturday. This will be Tim Tebow’s final game in The Swamp and his final regular season game as a Florida Gator. I’m sure the crowd will be rocking for him.
