Well, once again my predictions for Tim Tebow didn’t come true. The Florida Gators were able to beat Arkansas on a game-winning field goal with 9 seconds left on the clock, but Tebow didn’t pass for over 300 yards like I thought he would. The Gators were plagued in this game from the start, suffering four fumbles and crappy offensive line play. It reminded a lot of people of the Ole Miss game from last year, except this tim the Gators came out on top.
Tim was 17-26 for 255 yards passing with one touchdown and he carried the ball 27 times for 69 yards. I know Tim’s health is 100% fine, but I’m not sure why Urban Meyer continues to pound the ball the Tebow when he has so many talented running backs. I guess with the game on the line Tim is the only player he trusts with the ball in his hands.
Wasn’t much going on until the end of the third quarter when Tim Tebow connected with a wide open Deonte Thompson for a 77 yard touchdown. Tebow’s favorite target of the day was Aaron Hernandez, who he connected with 7 times for 92 yards.
All-in-all, Tim played better this game than he did vs. LSU. Here is a video of the game highlights if you missed it:
the video isnt up, are you sure you posted it???
- yes i cant believe how many fumbles there were….
Does anyone know what Tim’s scripture was for that game?
