Since Saturday my inbox has been flooded with emails from people wanting to wish Tebow well and share their prayers for him. As I read through them I’m always amazed at how genuine people really are. And these letters are not just from Gator fans, they come from people all across the world. There’s no doubt in my mind that Tim Tebow has the best fans of anyone!

The Gators are on bye this week and Tim is still recovering from his concussion. Urban Meyer has said he’s doing good, but still has a headache. Meyer is hopeful he will return in time for the LSU game but will leave the decision up to the medical staff.

To help pass some time while we’re on the bye week I’m going to post some of the fan emails I’ve received over the last few days. I’ve changed the names of people for privacy reasons.

Tim,
God Bless You and my prayers for a safe recovery back to full health and strength. You faith in God and your Angels were with you. Just one request, don’t scare GatorNation like that again. God Bless You and your

Dear Tim,
We are parents of a past Gator. Our daughter attended undergrate school there before going on to Medical school in South Florida. We came from NY and now have retired to South Florida. We are hugh Gator Fans. We saw the game on Saturday and watched in horror as you were injured. My husband was a Physical Education Teacher and coach and the one thing you never want to see is a student get hurt. You have set
wonderful standards for other college students both on and off the field. We wish you a speedy recovery.

Today is the holiest day of the year for Jewish people. At services we say special prayer for those who are ill and the Rabbi added your name to the list . You were included in the names said out loud and I’m sure in many of the silent prayers. We wish you well and good health.
