But WWE is fake. haha no comparison. They’re running out of Tebow stories to write.

  2. tawk says:

I agree lalalala the WWE is fake,no comparison.

Just seen new story on MSN about Demaryius Thomas bashing Tebow. Wow isn’t he the wide receiver who dropped that pass in a crucial moment of a game and Tebow came to the bench after and comforted him and told him he would catch the game winning pass? I believe I saw this on the NFL channel with Sound effects or something like that where they mike up a player. How soon does Thomas forget, how many passes did he and others drop during the season. I have looked at the stats and Thomas caught more passes and made more touchdowns with less play time with Tebow than he did with Orton.

I cannot wait for Tebow to excel and show all these naysayers the truth, but Tebow will never rub it in, he has more class than Thomas has and it shows in the way Tebow lives his life. Tebow has never said boy I wish those receivers would have stepped it up and caught those dropped passes and he never will. I know Tebow messed up too, but he is young and even though many will not concede that he has only had 16 NFL games in his whole career thus far, time spanding over two years and with a lock out and no training camps, I believe he did awesome. He will only get better, Tebow will win superbowls and then those who have bashed him will then try to change their stories and say they knew he would be great.

Sorry to rant just getting tired of all the hate against Tebow. Go Tebow and the Jets cannot wait till this season starts!

Remember when DT tweeted that he wished people would stop talking about his QB (Tebow) during the Brady Quinn thing? I don’t have any bad things to say about DT except that he should have known better than to fall into the media trap. He obviously hasn’t learned from Brady Quinn and others. The Broncos have moved on from Tebow and Tebow from Broncos. I wish the media will move on as well and stop trying to stir the pot.

  4. BuzzyBuzzard says:

The Thomas Thing it was not that bad DT

USA TODAY fantasy NFL guru Pete O’Brien also offers the following insight on the Teb0w-Thomas dynamic:

Coming off multiple injuries, Thomas made his 2011 season debut Week 7 in Miami, catching a touchdown against the Dolphins in a stunning 18-15 overtime victory.

He was used sparingly during the next five weeks as he rounded into shape. But beginning Week 13 against the Minnesota Vikings, Tebow targeted Thomas more than any other Bronco in seven consecutive games, which included the Broncos’ two postseason outings. During that run, Thomas snared 35 balls for 745 yards and 4 TDs as Tebow looked his way 65 times.

If you extrapolate those numbers for a full 16-game schedule, Thomas would have led the NFL in receiving yards (1,703) and yards per catch (21.3), while finishing tied for sixth in TD receptions (9) and targets (149).

Of course, Thomas’s projections would be better if he didn’t drop a pass for every 5.3 he caught. That’s among the worst catch-to-drop ratios in the league.

DT and Tim are actually pretty good friends. I think something was lost in translation in that interview. I don’t think DT is very smart and his words probably came out the wrong way.

On a more positive note, Timmy’s golf tournament in Ponte Verde turned out really well. Huge turn out and I heard reports that the foundation made an estimated $500,000. Timmy is off to N.J. today to start is career with Jets. Pray for him to have a great week and a good transition with his new team mates. To quote him, ” He’s still so excited.”

    • ck says:

Hi Tisa! Couldn’t be happier that he is now going to get the training he deserves and, hopefully, it will be with a professional QB offensive coach…wish him all the best and it will be G-R-E-A-T to see T2 win games yet again!!!!
      GBPT2!!!

      • Tisa says:

CK. schedule for games is to be announced at 7:00 tonight on the NFL network. My husband and I are anxious to see when the Nashville and Jacksonville games are scheduled for the Jets so we can work them around our Gator games. Looking forward to the Fall! GBPT2!

        • ck says:

Thanks Tisa for the info. Have been busy doing lots of fun things with the GCs and wish only the best for T2 in that he continues to be blessed by “God Almighty…B-E-L-I-E-V-E!!!
Well, Tisa, glad we still have this site to speak our collective minds regarding Tebow! What an influential difference he has been for more than a few people, including yours truly, me!!! Know you have shared similar views on more than one occasion related to T2s “platform”…if only there were more Timmy Tebows!!!!!
          GBPT2!!!

    • Tisa says:

Yesterday’s final report on the proceeds from the golf tournament put the total at $1,500,000! He will surely do great things with the much money.

  6. tawk says:

I too am praying for Timmy to have a great week and good transition, I hope the rest of the Jets welcome him and don’t snub him.

  7. BuzzyBuzzard says:

    • tawk says:

Wow BuzzyBuzzard and the Naysayers say he is not a NFL starting quarterback! Any other NFL quarterback with these numbers for their first 15 games would be a franchise quarterback. Makes me angry that Tebow gets bashed and laughed aboud and no respect. He will show them all on and off the field. He will win many superbowls and touch many peoples lives. Go Tebow.

I will say I am not happy the way the Jets are going to use him, now as a punt protector, Tebow is a quarterback not a punt protector!

      Thanks again for posting.

      • Ang says:

Could not believe I heard Adam Shefter (sp?) say punt protector on ESPN yesterday!!! That is crazy and he could get majorly injured. I understand mixing things up on OFFENSE to mess up the defense with running the Wildcat, etc. He will definitely add to their running game. Saw the Jets stats this morning over the last three seasons, and they are in need of help in that area. Has anyone heard how his offseason work with that guy out in LA went and if his throwing motion has improved? I am praying that he has an another fantastic year! I would rather hear about TT on ESPN than that no good Metta World Peace…

        GBTT!!!!

    • lalalala says:

Tim is not going to be a punt protector. Just because it’s reported don’t assume it’s true.

    • ck says:

BuzzyBuzzard: Thanks Buzzy for posting “JUST THE FACTS” AND ARE THEY GOING TO MISS T2 IN DENVER!!! NY DOES NOT KNOW HOW LUCKY/FORTUNATE THEY ARE TO HAVE HIM ON THEIR TEAM!!! GO TEBOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      GBPT2!!!

  8. Ang says:

This is a bit off the subject. Did anyone join the Tim Tebow Foundation? I joined on-line on February 1st and still haven’t received my membership packet. If you received yours how long did it take to get to you from when you joined? I have emailed the Foundation with no response except that they will get to my question as soon as possible. I just want to know if it’s going to take three months or longer for me to receive my packet because they are really busy with everybody joining.

Thanks to anyone who can help!
    GBTT!

    • lalalala says:

have you tried contacting them on twitter? they seem to post there pretty regularly.

      • Ang says:

I’m not on Twitter. I sent a message to the Foundation Facebook page. I guess I have to wait because I’m sure they are backlogged. Thanks for getting back to me, though!

        • lalalala says:

Three months is a long time. You should definitely try to get a hold of somebody. I think they have a skeleton staff and with the golf tournament and all, it’s been hectic. I’ve donated money to the foundation but didn’t join the Team Tebow. The tshirt looks really cheesy I would never wear it. haha

        • Tisa says:

I will post t Twitter for you when I get home from school today. I have read on Facebook and other places where people are complaining about the same thing. I will also Tweet Angel Gonzalez and Robby Tebow as well. I don’t think it would ever be Timmy’s desire that people be ignored.

  9. Tisa says:

Ang, I tweeted everyone that I know of that has anything to do with Team Tebow last night. Hopefully someone will check on it and post a message to the website. I know Timmy would not want people to feel ignored.

  10. BuzzyBuzzard says:

Peyton Manning is the next Denver Broncos quarterback
    March 19th, 2012 Pajo
According to ESPN Peyton Manning will become the next quarterback of Broncos Denver will try to trade Tebow — who led the team to an 8-8 finish, an AFC West title and a first-round playoff victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Hey Buzzy…Did you hear the latest?!!! They drafted a back-up QB late in the second round (25/57th overall) and his name is Brock Osweiler from AZ State…looks like Elway needs a “PLAN B” for the inevitable!!! What a hypocrite he is and always will be!!! Hope T2 gets to watch while Elway gets run out of town just exactly like what was orchestrated on his behalf!!!
