The Broncos wrapped up their scrimmage yesterday afternoon. Tim Tebow was out there and had a chance to compete against the first team defense. It didn’t go all that well, but it wasn’t horrible. Tim was sacked a few times, but made a nice pass in a 3rd and long situation.
The video below of Coach Fox post scrimmage sums up his thoughts and runs through a few of the highlights.
This is a video from Friday of Tim Tebow talking to the media after practice.

In response to the Orlando Sentinel article forwarded by Bob, I would love to see Tebow traded, but not to Miami. They are exactly the same as Denver. Their coach is on shakey ground and the fans are seeking the old glory days of Griese and Marino. Tim needs to go where the coaches will be behind him 100% and plan their game around his strengths, someplace where the team is on solid enough ground that they can take a chance on him. Where Tim can be Tim, not some resurrection of Elway or Marino. I think the situation in Denver is going to blow up again this year. The telling point in yesterday’s scrimmage was Orton’s two field goals (against the 2nd string offense) and his slide on the 3rd yard line. Those of us that have watched Tim play for years know that he would have struggled into that end zone with three guys hanging on his back. I just hope Tim will get a chance to show what he can do at some point in this season so he can get traded. In my opinion this is a toxic placement. Jimmy Sexton- Get Tim Tebow traded before next season, please!
Well…it will be interesting to see how this plays out! Although, there is another mitigating factor present b/c Tebow ALWAYS loves to prove everyone wrong!! In fact, Tim has stated many times that he uses negative criticism for motivation!!! My bets are already on Tebow eventually being the starter if not now then very soon and it is obviously a game requiring an extreme amount of patience certainly in this regard. Hard to believe the fans are going to put up with what happened last year at the Bronco’s stadium and etc. Will give Elway credit as he tried to do the right thing by helping to negotiate a trade w/Orton.

Yeah, he also had the swiss cheese 2nd team oline and no name wr’s. Orton got to go against the 2nd team defense with the 1st team offense, and Quinn got 3rd string on both sides. Not exactly a fair deal.
C.K.- My bet is still on Tebow also. I can’t wait to see how he does Thursday night.
Tisa – At least all the people who know Tebow are in agreement! After he has proven all of the critics wrong, then what will they come up with?!! Read about his QB Ratings and how they continually change the rules every time he out performs the so called competition b/c it makes them look like they are ALl INCOMPETENT EXPERTS…GO FIGURE!!! No wonder “THEY CAN’T KEEP A GOOD MAN DOWN” as the saying goes!!!! I hope he keeps proving all his critics wrong and God blesses/protects him always!!!!! So very proud of him being a GREAT ROLE MODEL AND COURAGEOUS HERO TOO!!!!!!!
