48 Hours Till Kickoff

I can’t believe we are just 48 hours away from the Denver Broncos first preseason game of the 2011 season. Training camp took so long to get here and now it’s just flying by us. The Broncos were back at practice today – by all accounts it wasn’t a great day for any of the QBs. Orton and Quinn threw interceptions on their very first plays of the day, while Timmy fumbled a snap. Ouch!

But Tim Tebow did show signs of improvement. From the DenverPost.com

Tim Tebow — He’s getting there. He zipped a third-down pass to the far right sideline where David Anderson caught it for a first down. Tebow then threw a beautiful touch pass to running back Lance Ball for a big gain down the right sideline. Tebow threw another first-down pass to Eron Riley, but nickelback Cassius Vaughn came in and ripped it away for either an interception or fumble recovery, ending the drive.

The Broncos are opening up in Dallas on Thursday night, so they’ll be traveling tomorrow and prepping for Thursday’s game.
