I am on vacation this entire week – gotta get my relaxation time in before training camp starts…. once football season rolls around it’s going to be very busy here. So this whole week I will be posting more “How I became a fan of Tim Tebow” stories. I was able to queue them up in the system so they post without me having to manually do it. I love timestamps If something major happens though, we’ll definitely be here to report it.
Tim is also taking his much needed break. Players only have about 2 weeks left before training camp, two a days and extremely hard work. Preseason will be here before you know it.
Today’s story comes from Brad N., a Denver Broncos fan who never really watched Tim Tebow play in college.
I have to begin by admitting that I am not a college football fan. I have always been more attracted to the NFL and I am a season ticket holder for the Denver Broncos. My first introduction to Tim Tebow was during the 2010 Sugar Bowl. My wife, who is really just learning about the game of football, and I decided to watch the game and we were both instantly impressed by Tim. At one point in the game my wife turned to me and told me that for some reason she was confident that the Broncos would draft Tim during the upcoming draft. I laughed it off and told her that Tim played like a first round draft pick and that because of Josh McDaniels’s history with quarterback’s (see Tom Brady 6th round pick), he would never draft a QB that high in the draft.
Fast forward to two weeks before the NFL draft. I continued to hear reports out of Denver that McDaniels was high on Tim and I finally started to believe what my wife had told me. I was telling everybody I knew that the Broncos were going to trade up and down to take Tim in the back of the first round and nobody believed me. As soon as I thought it was a real possibility, I started finding out everything I could about Tim through the internet. The more I learned, the more I loved the guy.
On draft night I jumped up and cheered when I saw him putting on a Denver Broncos hat and was never more proud to be a Broncos fan. I have been waiting for a player to cheer for that really deserves it. Being a fellow Christian, I admire Tim for his outspoken faith, as well as his work ethic, servant leadership, passion, drive to the be the best, humble spirit, integrity and character. I am excited to have a Denver Bronco that I can be proud of and encourage my daughters to cheer for.
Since he was drafted, my excitement for Bronco football has increased dramatically. I even booked a plane ticket for Jacksonville for the first regular season game to see Tim’s homecoming. Whether he turns out to be a great NFL QB or not, I am proud and excited that Tim is a Denver Bronco and he has even inspired me to become a Florida Gators fan. I can’t wait to meet him and I hope that he does a public signing in Denver sometime soon. Go Gators, Go Broncos, and GO TIM TEBOW!!!

I have never read such a wonderful article and I am coming back tomorrow to continue reading.
Today, with the development of science and technology, the internet is beginning to play a more and more important role in our life. More and more people are staring to use the intent. Thanks to the intent which make me lives so wonderful.
Great website for the thousands of Tebow fans! I’m seeking a way to contact Tim or Jimmy Sexton. A die hard Gator friend, actually family friend, softball coach, was diagnosed with end stage lung and brain cancer. Chemotherapy and radiation was ceased two weeks ago. She has been given weeks to live. She is a wonderful, caring, 62 year old woman. A few weeks ago when all her hair fell out her die hard Gator adult children, who are alumni painted a huge U of F in orange and blue on her head. I know this is a very large request, but if she were able to get a personal autographed photo from Tim or a brief conversation with him, it would knock her socks off! I believe that she and her family would be forever grateful and thankful. If anyone knows a contact possibility please forward that information to me. She resides in Ocala,Florida. Thank you from the bottom of my heavy and broken heart. Julie
