If you watched the Heisman presentation, you probably noticed that Tim Tebow still has a cast on his right hand (thankfully that’s his non-throwing hand). He broke his hand back on November 24 during the FSU game.
Last Saturday night, Tebow said that the cast will be off before the bowl game. I would expect the cast to come off by next week, giving Tebow a good two weeks to practice with the team for the Capital One Bowl Game against Michigan. If it was on his throwing hand, I’d be a little worried, but that fact that it’s not helps put Gators fans at ease. Tebow is a warrior and will be fully ready to play on January 1st.
On a side note…
You can see in most of the pictures from the Heisman ceremony that the cast is a light blue color. Tebow should have gone all out and decked the cast in Gator colors with a fat Gator logo on it.
