Not many ‘experts’ are giving the Gators a fighting chance against LSU tomorrow night. I kind of enjoy the underdog role for a change.
For the Gator to beat LSU, they must let Tebow spread the ball. Meyer can’t run Tebow 25 times up the center and expect to gain 8 yards a play against LSU. It just won’t happen. Meyer needs to open the playbook and spread the ball. The Gators are so talented at the WR position (except Cooper who keeps running the wrong routes).
Tebow can beat the weaker opponents (like Ole Miss) by himself, but he needs help against these tough SEC matchups.
Timmy can really make a name for himself in this game. LSU could be a defining moment in his career. Should Tebow rise up to the challenge and beat LSU in Tiger Stadium, he will be an instant legend. Gator fans may even erect another statue of him on campus.
I actually thought Tebow was more classy than what I witnessed after his first touchdown against LSU. Looks
like he stuck his gesture to the fans in his mouth. I call it poetic justice. Can you here me now, Tebow??
Tebow really showed no class Saturday night…instead of just sticking to the game plan, he tried to be something he is not, a showman, and it came back to kick his Butt!
Did you see the dejection on his face after the game? I look at Tebow as being a great person of character and this will hopefully teach him a lesson.
